Edcon debt review department refusing to assist me

<p>I am currently under debt review and It is now.over, received my paid up letters, clearance certificates etc, Edcon has refunded the debt counselor with an amount of R2188.27 on the 22/02/2017, I have been pleading with Edcon's debt review department to send me a proof of refund and they refuse to assist me. </p> <p> </p> <p>The debt counselor has paid Edcon a further 500 n something, I have asked Edgards to refund me that money and I'm awaiting a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please understand that this is a large amount of money and nobody wants to take accountability for this.</p>
