Edcon Debt Review Department

I have been on Debt Review for over 5 years. I have paid every installment. I have been eagerly awaiting Credit Clearance, and cannot get it due to a "Balance due on my Jet Account. My debt councilor and I have been corresponding with the Edcon Debt Review Department since the 4th May 2019 to no avail. After many emails and telephone calls I still get the balance of the account sent to me and not the explanation as to what this balance is made up of? I paid R258-07 per month x 60 months which amounts to R15 484-20 paid in total. The Balance of my account was originally R14 112.19 as per my Debt Restructuring proposal. Where does this additional R7 289.52.00 come from?
