Edcon call centre useless

I'm utterly disgusted by the Edcon Call centre. I ordered some products from Red Square online. Upon receipt I noticed that the one item was not what I ordered, and another looked like it was opened. I tried calling the call centre about 10 times. Either I got hung up on after listening to hold music for ages, and of the 4 times I got through to someone, halfway through the call it got dropped. I have emailed them as well and up to now, no reply.<br> I for one will never order anything on Red Square online again, as their after purchase service is atrocious.
