Edcon Brainless

Good day

This is the second time that I am trying to open an account with Edcon, I have app**** online, thereafter I have sent it my Bank Statement and my ID. If I call them they tell me very rude that they do not help clients on the phone and that I must go to a store.

I have contacted Edgars in Montana and they tried 2 help me twice by calling Edcon themselves but Edcon keep on telling them that my application is pending.

How long does pending status take because the previous time I had to call Edcon after a week and shout at them just to speak to a manager. We really need assistance, this is a few years that Edcon staff does not help clients and they do nothing about it.
