Edcon Blacklists you and refuses to remove you
I have tried to contact Edcon regarding my account. I have sent several emails and only got 1 response, telling me my account number was wrong. I have had no response from them regarding my account or regarding my paid up letter for my account.
My Status for credit is now negative because of them and they refuse to assist in rectifying it. I want my paid up letter for my account.
