Edcon Bad Service

I have an account with Edgars. The amount that is on my account do not balance with my receipts and payments. The store cannot give a statement. This is so frustrating......the statement they send just give the outstanding balance wich is definitely not correct. It is a mission to try to communicate with this company. Zero response.
