EDCON AND RMCS INVOLVED IN ********** ACTIVITIES
I just want to let people know that edcon and rmcs are involved in some of ********** activities of crediting people with air and data. I went to they so called customer service to cancel they deal they have with this RMCS i wa told they have canceled it and i also requested for an account to be suspended. Which qas followed an email to confirm that. But shockingly they still debted my suspended account.

This time when i asked them to cancel this "air time and data subscription added to my account without my concern" and reimburse the money **********ly taken cause I urgently wanted to close off the account instead of helping they just say we are investigating while they reaping you off more.
They continued to reap me off after I had a lodge a complaint against them, how do you explain that, I had to run like a headless chicken going to their outlets, emailing, phoning them to ask them to resolve this issue. You can even guess they did NOTHING
I had to spend my own hard earned money taken **********ly in order to close this account..
I still need my money taken **********ly to be paid back.
