Edcon and RCS utter bull**** and pathetic service

The company that took over or partnering with Edcon is utter bull****. I made payment on my Jet acc via EFT on the 1st of August to this day the payment has not been allocated, despite sending endless proof of payments. On the 8th September 2020 payment was made at the Edgars at Maponya mall..On the 9th to this day i keep receiving annoying messages and calls requesting payment..Incompetence of this magnitude cannot be accepted..Useless amounts are added to my statements for collection fess..Which fees are they collecting? we were all grateful that peoples jobs were saved but this stupid RCS is just toying with customers..I will not pay the account until someone qualified handles my account..A bunch of *****s that thought running a big corporation like Edcon was nothing, now I am having to deal with stupid calls..Sort you ****en mess and stop toying with customers
