Edcon and RCS does not want to rectify charges the added on my account

Edgars have added cellphone subscriptions to my account and I have been phoning since August and sending mails to rectify this and credit me but neither Edcon or RCS can be of any assistance they just keep on referring me to one another. The only feedback I received from all the emails I sent was the auto replies.
