EDCON ACCOUNT...A big NO! NO!

I have had an account with Edgars for years and I do not used it frequently but the balance just won't reduce. I recently purchased a laptop at CNA using the same account and have been paying more than the expected monthly instalment and not even that can help reduce my balance. I have been trying to get them to retrieve my account records just so I can understand what is happening but whenever I do, I always get the same excuse..."vision is offline". I have a whole bunch of store accounts and Edgars is the Worst, their staff included! I strongly discourage anyone to open up an account with any of the Edcon stores unless they are willing to pay a R100 bill their entire lives without skipping a payment.
