My mother took out a funeral cover with jet that was apparently under hollard,

She covered my sister,father and our cuzin who is like a brother to us since my mom raised him after his mother's death. On the 4th April 2018 our cuzin died and was hurried on the 12th April 2018. My mom borrowed money to bury my cuzin because hollard never took the death serious it was a joke to them like all other funerals that are reported to them.

She went back to follow up with the claim and she was told that hollard has no business with burying my cuzin since their surnames are different and he was over 21 , no sympathy was shown .we want the 10k that we were promised by jet and why did no body stopped my mom from adding my cuzin to the policy and advising the age limit.my mother is crying non stop because of this hollard and jet, she borrowed the money to bury my cuzin when she was paying the policy every month, we are willing to open a case and take this companies to court .we had a rumour that hollard is bankrupt and its still collecting money from people.

My aunt and uncle insured the same cuzin with hollard and they are also not being paid out till today, the claims combined are under 75k but no pay out till today.

People must boycott this companies they don't care about black lifes
