EDCON

I overpaid Edcon by about 10 000 due to a finger error when processing and EFT, for which i asked for a refund: 1. There was never feedback about the refund 2. They app**** the amount to the outstanding balance, without my consent. 3. Never got my refund back.

Whats painful is that before i close the account, i will have to spend the credit so that i close it when its on zero and they also benefit from the mistake immensely and it would have to buy things i had not planned on buying in these times when everyone is facing cash flow challenges
