I started working for Edcon on the 01July2014 as a casual until they promoted me to a PPT(Permanent Part-time) around 2016 until 30June2017 after some few faults at work so had to suspend me with full pay for further investigation until they had to shut down the store which was Jetmart Warmbaths so i was called for hearing which the result of dismal on th 28february2018 which i accpetes it without a doubt but the problem is -The company working hours where unfair as they always didnt crospond with my salary -The managers,where unfair didnt treat us well -The company took time to terminate my contracts as their worker as they where making go around in circles -They took time to do so which also made a huge delay to my UIF claims -And i also found out the Haven't terminated my contract hence the headoffice kept asking about my whereabouts which they **** n said they dont know -They finally made me sign my termination form on the 14February2019 -Out of all their profident fund came out to be R4850.0 n the UIF was R7682.00 which i fail to understand how is that possible -Is it possible for the Amount of UIF to be high than the company's service fee??
