Dysfunctional Edgars

I have had numerous interactions with Edgars in the past 3 months. My payments were not reflecting on my account. I had to send proof of payment no less than 3 times and even then I have not been given feedback. I have been trying to get my latest statement from the for the past week. Apart from auto responses, no reaction Still waiting for my latest statement. Useless!!! Edgars deserves to close down, there is no customer servie.
