DONT TAKE DEATH INSURANCE WITH JET/EDGARS

Two weeks ago i complained to HP about my late father's funeral policy with Jet which have been delayed for some reason after i have submitted the claim forms and annexures four times already upon Edcon's request. How many times am i suppose to re-submit the claim forms?? Edcon offices called me last week and was suppose revert back to me with answers as to what the delay in the claim pay out is. I never heard from them again. This is pathetic service. I am at my wits end. I had the same problem with another place as well but after my complaint they attended to the claim within two days. My father passed away on 11 March already and my first submission was two days later. To date my mother have not received a penny.
