DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH EDCON

I am extremely disappointed in the way Edcon and the brand names linked to it work. I paid up my account in Oct 2019 and fought back and forth to get a paid up letter from them. I eventually received it but they still had not removed the balance on the credit bureau, eventually after loads of calls to them i did a hello Peter review in January 2020 still stressing this. A consultant called me and said it will be removed in 14 - 21 days. Today is the 14th of April 2020 and they have still not removed it. If i call them , they leave me on hold till they hang up. They are a dishonest business who only care about themselves and not your credit report and how it looks. I demand that you sort this out EDCON!
