Dissatisfaction and Disrespect

I previously walked into the Edgars Church Street and i met with Store Manager Sphiwe Mguni who was Rude, inefficient and Not Attentive to my Issues. I Merely went to Give feedback and Recommendation towards Legendary Customer Service.He made me talk for days without taking notes and Gave me his Business Card to email him..I was so Dissatisfied and took my complaint to Edcon Executive Emmanue who then passed the Bug to Romy the Regional Manager and she also Passed the Bug to Nomvula at Brooklyn mall Edgars.. .I eventually met with Bantu Mxolo who came and met me and tried Buying my silence with a 300 bucks Voucher which I denied..Saturday I called him and he was utterly Rude. And said I can take my Complaint to Social networks and Media.

I have never been so utterly Distraught that someone in such a management level could be so inefficient.I subsequently discovered that Edcon Church Street ( Edgars) will be allegedly closing end of June...Maybe that's why they thought I was a snake without Vernon..You guys are going to reimburse me for my discomfort, Dissatisfaction .I literally Cried cos I was overwhelmed by emotions regarding such a big legal entity' s inadequacy...Give me a call asap and hear me out Or Else Pandora Box will prevail for Edcon.. That could result in Bad Publicity..Loss of Profits..and boycotts.. .i need someone who understand what Legendary Customer Service is and one that Exceeds Expectations.. Yours dissatisfied Client.
