DISPUTE - AMOUNTS ADDED TO MY ACC. WITHOUT CONSENT
I am threatened each month by Edgars employees that my account will be handed over to attorneys BUT without numerous attempts from my side I don't get any answers from Edgars how they can add insurance of R30 per month WITHOUT my concent and then tell me they can only credit me for 3 months...excuse me I would like this to be explained by management since I wrote a mail on their website without any response but the sms's to turn my account over to attorneys is sent to me on a weekly basis. I told their customer services I want this to be cleared before I will pay the outstanding balance.....,.....Edcon Acc ***. Maybe Edcon's magement can tell me how they can add amounts to my account left right and centre. According to my knowledge it is unexeptable......please investigate
