Displeased with your HR

I need someone from your hr department to contact me regarding my complaint. I've been calling in numerous Lynn and I am told that the only way to speak to hr is via email of which I have sent numerous emails with no response. This is a complaint and I am quite displeased with edcon provided the fact that I have not worked a day for your company however you have registered me with the department of labour which is hindering my uif claim.
