Dispicable service

<p>This is not the first time i complained about this company and their sub-contractors or affiliations. Firstly i was called by one off their staff members regarding a funeral plan which i took for my mother and I. The premium they quoted was completely different from the deduction and i have since requested a recording of it and i was given a link to listen to. I tried to contact the team leader via email but till today he never responded.</p> <p>Secondly, i am being charged a service fee of R22.80 and R19.99 of which i have no knowledge of and again i called to log a complaint (i spoke to Angel) but as the useless company they are - till today they are still charging me. I am completely disgusted by their service and i would anytime not recommend any1 to open an account there. Ever since this ordeal i never take anything via telephone to avoid this kind of inconvenience and I’m even thinking of taking this matter higher to the Ombudsman or any1 who is willing to listen because this company does not give a damn about their customers.</p> <p> </p>
