dishonest and disgraceful

disgusting... i am waiting for months and these people will not sort out my query. I am waiting since April. they cannot rectify my account but will send me emails and smses about what i owe and why am i not paying. yet 1simple thing could not be done on their end which takes 5 minutes or less.

i will never shop there again. My R1000 payment is still not reflecting on my account since 9 April despite contacting them over and over. i am getting told to wait...for what? next year??? disgusting and pathetic service, i understand lockdown means short staffed and whatever, but it doesn't take7 MONTHS to sort out one thing
