DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM JET

This is relating to closing my account with Jet.

I was contacted on Friday after complaining about the service I received when trying to close my account. So far the service is one of the worst that I no longer want anything to so with Jet. I was told that I will receive forms for closing the account however no one has communicated with me after that friday. This is frustrating because this is my first account and would have expected great service from Jet. Can someone have the audacity to contact me telling me how far they are with the forms, if it is not relating to that, I DO NOT WANT ANYONE CONTACTING ME TO LIE!!!
