Disgusting service!!

The service is absolutely disgusting! They're quick to phone and email you to remind you to pay your acount, but when you need help with an account suddenly no one is competent enough to assist. I have been given 9 different numbers to dail and transfered another 5 times on those calls in the last hour, and still no help! I can't believe that such a big company can render such ridiculous service. All I need is a dam letter to be emailed to me! But hey they can email me junk mail every day, but now that I request something I'm not on the system!
