Disgusted with Edgars

I fully paid my account with Edgars with R0.00 balance now when I am checking clear score it shows I do have balance with them..how come i have settled my account? Day light *******

I have been their customer for more than 10 years now they are ******** me , I even called call centre they I say joined something I dont even know and I even dont get benefits of what they say I joined its disgusting how they milk customers
