Seems like this company just dont give a damn about clients.

I requested a prescrib3d letter on the 8th, up and till today the 28th I recieved nothing but unending empty "48 hour" promises and numerous consultants that promised to follow up and provide feedback but till this very moment not 1 got back to me and they are nowhere to be found when you call the provided numbers.

The OMBUDSMAN requires 20 days for a business to resolve a querry after being reported before they take over, I guess I have no other choice then as today is the 20th day since my initiall request.

I will NEVER AGAIN purchase or support the EDCON GROUP or advice anybody to support this group either - I will however flood social media with my awfull experience.

Maybe they will start assisting clients when they start losing some of them!!!!
