Good Day<br> <br> I have been writing about this same topic on hellopetre for the past 2 to 3 years , however edcons feedback process is so lame ive actually about a yesr ago take it as a joke because that is the response they keep giving , a joke for the last 3 yaers, they claim that in their policy they are not allowed to give customers credit even though account were settled 3 years ago and other establishments have given credit to the very samn e customer, the reply they keep giving is that this is an old complaint with the same reference , topic is still under discusssion , for the last 3 years same answer, edcon save ur selves embarrasment and rather not reply to this, truworths has a fcality with interest free credit so dont bother, your are no longer needed, just going to state the truth and have friends and family go for truworth acc, and mind what i say, yourll have lost customers already with the type of attitude yourll have when responding to a complaint
