I was given a reference for the last 3 to 5 years <br> Your reference number is ***/GO. still not response so will be takin legal action and first step write an official letter to edcon. please provide email address for complaints to edcon . If no response or rectification within 6 weeks will be escalating to ombudsman and them will be taking legal action as edcon is not above the law and if edcon wants to do business in so that will have to abide by South African laws which thy refuse to do which is why I have not received any answers for the last 3 years . I have contacted and recorder the conversation at the edcon call centre so I have substantial evidence of edcon internal policy guideline which indicate discriminatory nature
