Disappointed in RCS for letting Edgars inconvenience their customers

Desperately trying to get my Edgars account number to settle it. It's been months Mall of Africa was unable to assist. I went to East rand mall last week. Apparently RCS bought the accounts but mine is nowhere to be found on their systems . Conveniently they blacklists you for a stupid loyalty program. I can't believe RCS wants to associate themselves with the ******. All I want is to settle the account and move on.
