Disappointed.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently i have a simcard contract with the worse company which has the worse staff and lacks respect and has no uniformity. I dealt with peope such as Busi, Tamara and the worse and the most RUDE was Paulina. All that I want was for them to authorize vodacom to do a sim swap for me. They all made me run around giving me different answers especially the rude lady by the name of Paulina who was RUDE and kept on disturbing me while I was still talking. None of them were helpful in any way and to close it all i spoke with the lady by the name of Linda who gave me a different number saying that i don't have any contract with them my contract is with BIG-WORLD which means the calls I've been making from Sunday talking with different consultants has been a waste of my time and airtime yet none of them told me so. Some companies really suck and they need to take their staff for training.
