debt review

good day i am trying to get my debt review cleared but i need a paid up letter from Edcon for the account was paid in full more than 5 years ago i called the debt review dept of edcon they told me they dont find my account details on system so i gave them the ref no then they took my contact numbers and email ,then was told i will get the paid up letter before the end of 12th Febuary 2020 untill now never recieved anything my number is *** and it was a jet account i had more than 5 years ago.so if i dont get the paid up letter i will not beable to clear the debt review status
