Lo and behold I receive a statement made up of charges. Edgars please do tell me where you sent me a supposed letter advising me I was in arrears???? I have in 30 years not been in arrears ever. R23 for a non existent letter. How come you never sent a sms, phoned me etc. because guess what, I was never in arrears.

Please do not take me for a fool, I made a last payment of R3.00. You will never see me in Edgars again, actually in any store that belongs to the Edcon group.

I guess your group is in trouble so recoup your money from loyal customers. I think not.
