Damn Frustrated

Highly frustrated and distraught with Edgars. I was mislead in taking a contract for which I was told I wouldnt be charged anything. I asked many times and they said no charge to me. They have been charging me for airtime and subscriptions for the past 6 months. I have never received any airtime once. They refuse to refund me money that was deducted without my consent. That is ***** and pathetic. I want to close this account and have nothing to do with this company.

Please be advised that the product was canceled on 3/10/2019, however, the reversals have been declined.

We have requested a call recording and once received we will send it to Edgars MAll of Africa for you.

Now they say that they cannot refund the amount that was deducted from my account. I requested for them to provide me with the airtime they have charged me for the past months as I haven't received any airtime from them but i was charged for it. How pathetic is this. They dont have the decency to reply to request. Pathetic
