Customer care

On receipt of my March monthly statement I noticed certain entries on the statement that I had not authorized not asked for. On 09.03.2020 I sent an email to accounts querying the entries. After no response other than an acknowledgement email I followed up on 15.03.2020 and after still no response I followed up again on 17.03.2020. At time of writing this review I had still not heard from Edcon. Is this the type of customer service they afford their customers.
