Credit Update
I have settled my account in February but still my details have not yet been updated with ITC, I have received my paid up letter but ITC is showing that I am in arrears whereby I have settled. I am failing to understand is it so difficult for my account to be updated. Their service is really poor and frustrating.

21 Nov 2019, 16:52Another account that I paid up in June was updated and not showing on the credit Bureau, where as this one says I'm in arrears, paid in full by February. I was advised that it is possible to be removed within 30 days if I was not blacklisted which I was not by you guys. Now I am being told that I have to wait 24 months
