CREDIT DISSAPEARING

I pay instalments every month. Today I decide to use my account only to find out the credit limit is not what the last payment receipt shows. Edcon loaded all kinds of Insurances on my account and its deducting from my credit limit. Nobody could help me at the store. Why do you guys do this????????????

Please be advised that the JEt club was canceled as requested on the 21/1/19 and the only fees that are going off your account are for service fees and account protection plan.
