Credit card *****

I fully paid my Edgars Credit card about 10 years ago. Now there is an outstanding amount on my card, and it is not fees. Someone did a subscription on my card for airtime. i never received any statements, so I never picked it up. I have a contract phone, not airtime, so I cannot top up airtime, as I have minutes. I dont even have a card anymore, so long ago I used this card, There is an outstanding amount on my card, which I am not going to pay, as it is not mine. Please help, because it is just useless to try to phone your department
