credit balance to be refunded

I requested for refund May 2015 en I was told that I know the procedure by supervisor Mapule in rco Jhb and it was never explained, the one I know when you submit required documents the turnaround time is 7 working days. I've been visiting Edgars Eyethu mall to query this matter and we ended up resending the documents to rco Durban as the notes are saying to their system history. I am tired of waiting someone has to do his/her job. I want my money now. Please make sure you close the account/s post and email the closure letter to [Email Removed] postal address still the same
