Confirmation letter

Good day ...I really need assistance regarding this company i am a former employee .since o left the company in 2014 but now it seems like im still on their database worst part is that i cant get hold of them because no.1 is assisting me its been weeks since i contacted their offices even now no response .um currently unemployed i went to labour to claim my uif but now I need a confirmation letter from Edgars..Please help me to get this letter
