complaint

I have paid my account but there was not date on the receipt that I could find although i do have the receipts, and I have been subsuquently been told that i no longer have access to the 6 months interest free account - no reason was given, although I do have my receipts to hand. I have all the details: cashiner : sibulele petu *** amount due: R80 Amount paid: R100 I cannot find the date on this receipt and I do not know why this has happened. I have been a client of Edgards for about 15 years or so, so why ??? and I want to know from Edgars, even though I know they have been taken over by some *********** RCM - beware everybody these people are just out to get out by any means they can
