Complain against Edcon

good evening. i have a complain with Edcon. i have paid the account twice on the 24th April 2020. Requested them to allocate payment as there were errors regarding two different reference numbers. I have spoken to them regarding the matter, even went to the store in Black heath store in Cresta Edgars until now the matter has not been resolved. i have send them proof of payment on several occasions till now the matter has not been resolved. kindly assist to resolve the matter to avoid legal action to be taken.
