Complain

I have insure my phone with my Edcon account then I have down a claim because I lost my phone .in my statement u wrote I left my phone in one of the store so they decline because of that word it's like I took my big head at home and leave the phone in the store how stupid is that really I m not happy they way they handle this matter.
