I need a refund from this company they have been playing me hide and seek with me for a period of 3 months now...they are claiming that we never sent them any documents for refund although there is an automated response that they will assist within 48 hours or we should call on ***.Why are they being so sarcastic about prospecting their company?We sometimes don’t buy products but services...we got a null service from them.
