Clothing companies insurance ****

I app**** for my Retrenchment insurance in April 2020 during lockdown. I have made and received multiple requests for payment but no feedback on my claim. I have had agents acknowledge that they have my emails and confirm that documents are received, but no word after that. Why offer Retrenchment unsurance if no one bothers to assist when we are retrenched. I eventually got a job 8 months later, for half what I earn, so I cant even afford to pay the account off. I feel like I was ****** of money I could have spent on something else. As a single mother, it's already difficult. Why are clothing companies abusing consumers in this manner? It's like the insurance they offer is ****. They just wait for you to get a job so they can blame you for the debt, not pay the insurance portion and give you bad credit. I'm extremely unsatisfied. They should not offer a service they don't know how to give. Iive been in Jet Cleary Park multiple times. No one can help if you don't come withing business hour. How do I mange this when I work alone. They take my number and say they'll call me back, they never do. I'm extremely appalled by their no service and no care and no action.
