Closing Edgars Account

Hello Peter, please assist me with my edgars account. I was handed to MBD by Edgars and I've settled all the money and got the clearance letter . I've contacted Edgars to clear my account since I've paid n emailed the clearance letter now they talking many stories that I must ask for detailed clearance letter from MDB of which I did but this my account has not cleared and I want to close that Edgars account I'm done paying.
