Closed account still listed
I had an account with with Jet, I settled and closed this account in 2014. This account still reflects on Experian as a current account. I have spoken to Experian, and they confirm that they never recieved any update from Edcon since 2017(updating a closed account???) I can't get through to Edcon and I only get an automated reaponse. What should happen now?
