cleared account but not of the system

<p>i have freed up my account in 2012 yet when i went to get a vodacom cellphone contract they said i am blacklisted. i have paid all my accounts yet the have still told me i own jet store from the edcon group. my credit status report states that the account is closed but i can still see an amount.can u please sort this out asap cause it is really putting me under stress. knowing i have paid you in full but blacklisted does not make sence</p>
