Charging an ******* fee on an account that is Zero

Despite the balance on my account being zero I still get and account for R64.18 because of the "fees" which have been ruled ******* by the National Credit regulator. They have been *******ly charging this fee for 10 years and may still be made to pay their customers back. If you work out their ******* fees over the last 10 years they actually owe ME R7941.60 and should be happy I am not demanding that money back not trying to charge me more.
