Cellphone Insurance Access fee
Hey I sent my cellphone in for repairs at edgars zevenwacht mall a month ago.. What's bothering me is that this is my first claim and I've been paying for 3 years now and to get my cellphone back I must pay an access fee of R350 which is ridiculous..
