Cellphone insurance
I took my phone to edgars last year November to get fixed, insurance refused to fix or bring my phone back But I eventually got my phone back in January after a long battle with insurer, they said they fix it BT it came back with same problem. I took it back the next day and I haven't had a phone since January. I go to edgars almost everyday to check and I'm told it's with insurer and they don't want to realise it, they have had my phone basically since November. I am really disappointed and I don't know what to do. I don't have a phone yet I pay edgars every month. I NEED MY PHONE BACK.
