cellphone in for repair /missing?

Good day, I purchased a Cellphone from Edgars in Vaal mall on the 24th of October 2015, used the phone for almost 2 months and the speakers had a problem. I gave the phone in on the 27 december 2015 at the same Edgars to be repaired as the phone comes with a 6 months guarantee. TILL NOW IM STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK from where my phone is. When I go and see the staff at Edgars they don't know where the phone is, I have been there multiple times as they told me that it will only take 4 weeks to be fixed, they also tell me they will do follow up on the repair and get back to me.....Till today no one phoned me!!!!<br> this is very frustrating, I also phoned Head Office on *** on the 24.02.2016, spoke to Ekeletso. she also said she will get back to me, still no phone call received<br> <br> Could Someone please help me As soon as possible, very unhappy with the service i receive from edgars
